This charter requires 5 to 10 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence with disciplined execution via Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Suites. You will interface directly with hiring managers, department heads, and candidate talent pools to ensure every milestone meets HCLTech's quality bar.
The Full-Time Lead position at HCLTech (Pune) carries an annual CTC range of ₹16L – ₹28L per annum (approx. ₹1,33,333 – ₹2,33,333 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in HR & Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 5–10 years of hands-on professional experience in relevant domain.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering or relevant academic discipline.
- Proven track record in driving scalable results, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling HRMS governance, statutory labor compliance, and compensation benchmarking within HR & Talent Acquisition teams in Pune or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Suites, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
