In day-to-day execution, the Senior Full-Time Specialist partners closely with business leadership, external recruitment partners, and people operations teams to translate quarterly business priorities into onboarding journeys and capability development programs. You will leverage People Analytics Dashboards and Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms alongside core competencies in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management to maintain high operational rigor.
The Senior Full-Time Specialist position at Wipro Technologies (Hyderabad) carries an annual CTC range of ₹16L – ₹28L per annum (approx. ₹1,33,333 – ₹2,33,333 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in HR & Talent Acquisition.

- Prior exposure to scaling onboarding excellence, performance appraisal cycles, and retention programs within HR & Talent Acquisition teams in Hyderabad or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, People Analytics Dashboards and Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
