You will leverage Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Suites alongside core competencies in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management to maintain high operational rigor.
The Senior Full-Time Specialist position at Microsoft India (Gurugram) carries an annual CTC range of ₹16L – ₹28L per annum (approx. ₹1,33,333 – ₹2,33,333 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in HR & Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities

- Familiarity with automation workflows, Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Suites, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
