About the Role

Based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will take direct ownership of HR business partnering, workforce planning, and employee engagement and drive measurable improvements across first-year employee retention, eNPS, and HR SLA compliance.
Working at the intersection of HR & Talent Acquisition and regional delivery in Jaipur, you will collaborate with business leadership, external recruitment partners, and people operations teams to architect workforce attrition diagnostics, pulse survey action plans, and HR policy handbooks and calibrated hiring pipelines, structured interview scorecards, and offer closures. Strong command over Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management is essential to sustain first-year employee retention, eNPS, and HR SLA compliance.

- Familiarity with automation workflows, LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Suites and Payroll & Compliance Systems, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
