Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance within HR & Talent Acquisition teams in Remote or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, OKR Governance Frameworks and Financial Modeling & Forecasting, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
