Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-impact client and executive stakeholder charters within HR & Talent Acquisition teams in Bengaluru or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Financial Modeling & Forecasting and Executive BI Dashboards, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
