About the Role
HCLTech invites applications for the Associate Director position at its Pune center (Maharashtra). In day-to-day execution, the Associate Director partners closely with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to translate quarterly business priorities into talent succession pipelines and high-performing leadership pods. You will leverage Financial Modeling & Forecasting and Executive BI Dashboards alongside core competencies in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management to maintain high operational rigor.
The Associate Director position at HCLTech (Pune) carries an annual CTC range of ₹28L – ₹48L per annum (approx. ₹2,33,333 – ₹4,00,000 per month gross), benchmarked to leadership / senior management standards in HR & Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic operations, deliverables, and team objectives for Associate Director - Full-Time at HCLTech.
- Drive operational discipline, resource optimization, and cross-functional milestones.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-departmental teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal benchmarks, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 10–18 years of hands-on professional experience in relevant domain.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering or relevant academic discipline.
- Proven track record in driving scalable results, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-impact client and executive stakeholder charters within HR & Talent Acquisition teams in Pune or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Financial Modeling & Forecasting and Executive BI Dashboards, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
