You will bring proven domain expertise, introduce best practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems and application modules at project44.
• Work with product leads and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into scalable web services.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve automated testing coverage.
• Monitor system health, analyze production metrics, and resolve architectural bottlenecks. Qualifications & Core Skills:
• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated depth in modern web development frameworks, asynchronous architectures, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational/NoSQL datastores.
• Strong command of software design principles, data structures, and maintainable code craftsmanship.
In day-to-day execution, the Staff Machine Learning Engineer partners closely with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to translate quarterly business priorities into clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage. You will leverage Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) alongside core competencies in TypeScript & JavaScript, React & Modern UI, Node.js & Microservices, Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP) to maintain high operational rigor.
The Staff Machine Learning Engineer position at project44 (Bengaluru) carries an annual CTC range of ₹17L – ₹23L per annum (approx. ₹1,41,667 – ₹1,91,667 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in Engineering & Technology.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
