TGTC is actively seeking an accomplished and results-driven GTM Engineer to join our growing organization in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Role Overview:
In this position, you will take ownership of vital deliverables, collaborate closely with cross-functional peers, and play an integral role in accelerating TGTC's operational and technological capabilities. You will bring proven domain expertise, introduce best practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems and application modules at TGTC.
• Work with product leads and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into scalable web services.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve automated testing coverage.
• Monitor system health, analyze production metrics, and resolve architectural bottlenecks. Qualifications & Core Skills:
• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated depth in modern web development frameworks, asynchronous architectures, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational/NoSQL datastores.
• Strong command of software design principles, data structures, and maintainable code craftsmanship.
Working at the intersection of Engineering & Technology and regional delivery in Bengaluru, you will collaborate with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to architect clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage and security-compliant service modules with strict error handling and failover. Strong command over TypeScript & JavaScript, React & Modern UI, Node.js & Microservices, Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP) is essential to sustain P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
The GTM Engineer position at TGTC (Bengaluru) carries an annual CTC range of ₹6L – ₹9L per annum (approx. ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in Engineering & Technology.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated depth in modern web development frameworks, asynchronous architectures, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational/NoSQL datastores.
- Strong command of software design principles, data structures, and maintainable code craftsmanship.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules within Engineering & Technology teams in Bengaluru or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
