• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems and application modules at LeadAngel.
• Work with product leads and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into scalable web services.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve automated testing coverage.
• Monitor system health, analyze production metrics, and resolve architectural bottlenecks. Qualifications & Core Skills:
• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated depth in modern web development frameworks, asynchronous architectures, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational/NoSQL datastores.
• Strong command of software design principles, data structures, and maintainable code craftsmanship.
This charter requires 2 to 5 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in TypeScript & JavaScript, React & Modern UI, Node.js & Microservices with disciplined execution via Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines. You will interface directly with DevOps platform teams, security engineers, and UX designers to ensure every milestone meets LeadAngel's quality bar.
The MERN Stack Developer position at LeadAngel (Bhilai) carries an annual CTC range of ₹7L – ₹11L per annum (approx. ₹58,333 – ₹91,667 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in Engineering & Technology.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

- Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational/NoSQL datastores.
- Strong command of software design principles, data structures, and maintainable code craftsmanship.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling distributed application services and resilient API gateways within Engineering & Technology teams in Bhilai or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines, and modern reporting standards.
