Budget: ₹1,25,000 per month Job Description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in Domain Separation, ITSM, CSM, integrations, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in domain-separated environments, ensuring strict data segregation and compliance with multi-tenant best practices.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow platform functionality, including Case, Change, and Catalog development.
- Handle platform upgrades and plugin maintenance.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.
- Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer, reusable actions, and Subflows.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, including scoped application development, update set management, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Document technical designs, configuration changes, and operational procedures. Required Skills & Experience - Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in managed services or multi-tenant environments.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow Domain Separation, including domain configuration, data policies, and security constraints.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and CSM functionalities.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, including complex flows, custom actions, and process automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, authentication methods, and integration error handling.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting: - JavaScript - Glide API - UI Policies - Business Rules - Client-side and Server-side scripting
- Understanding of ServiceNow performance, security, and maintainability best practices. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Implementation Specialist certifications (CSM, TPSM, Integration).
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations in regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning and impact analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage across the Jaipur (Rajasthan) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on defect escape rate, code review turnaround, and throughput scalability and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Saurashtra Solutions leadership.
- Design, review, and publish technical architecture RFCs, schema designs, and API contract specifications while maintaining strict governance across defect escape rate, code review turnaround, and throughput scalability.
- Apply hands-on expertise in System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python, Microservices and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Engineering - Software & QA pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Saurashtra Solutions.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Engineering - Software & QA or closely aligned roles comparable to ServiceNow Developer.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with DevOps platform teams, security engineers, and UX designers in a Remote setup in Jaipur.
- Proven track record of owning technical architecture RFCs, schema designs, and API contract specifications and driving measurable gains in defect escape rate, code review turnaround, and throughput scalability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Mid-Senior Level roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling distributed application services and resilient API gateways within Engineering - Software & QA teams in Jaipur or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.

Salary & Compensation Breakdown
Annual CTC Range: ₹14.4L - ₹16L / yr • Experience Benchmark: 7 - 10 Years (Senior Level)
Annual CTC is structured between ₹17 Lakhs and ₹24 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹1,41,667 – ₹2,00,000/month) based on interview performance, System Design & TypeScript / Java / Python depth, and 7 to 10 years of progressive experience. Package includes fixed base pay, statutory provident fund, medical insurance, and performance-linked incentives at Saurashtra Solutions.
