About the Role
As Siemens scales its Chennai operations, the HR & Talent Acquisition practice is onboarding an accomplished People Partner. Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
Working at the intersection of HR & Talent Acquisition and regional delivery in Chennai, you will collaborate with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to architect senior leadership reviews, board-ready briefings, and escalation pathways and annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks. Strong command over Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership, P&L Ownership is essential to sustain strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
The People Partner position at Siemens (Chennai) carries an annual CTC range of ₹4L – ₹8L per annum (approx. ₹33,333 – ₹66,667 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in HR & Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the HR & Talent Acquisition pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Siemens.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance for Siemens's HR & Talent Acquisition function in Chennai, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate multi-quarter business unit strategy and operating cadence.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks across the Chennai (Tamil Nadu) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Siemens leadership.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR & Talent Acquisition or closely aligned roles comparable to People Partner.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors in a Onsite setup in Chennai.
- Proven track record of owning senior leadership reviews, board-ready briefings, and escalation pathways and driving measurable gains in strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Experienced Professional roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling multi-quarter business unit strategy and operating cadence within HR & Talent Acquisition teams in Chennai or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.

Salary & Compensation Breakdown
