Working at the intersection of Software Engineering and regional delivery in Pune, you will collaborate with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to architect observability telemetry, latency optimizations, and zero-downtime releases and technical architecture RFCs, schema designs, and API contract specifications. Strong command over System Design, Cloud Architecture, Problem Solving, CI/CD is essential to sustain P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale mission-critical software solutions and distributed systems for Info Edge (Naukri).
- Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and QA teams to define scalable architecture patterns.
- Champion engineering excellence through thorough code reviews, unit testing, and continuous deployment.
- Drive performance tuning, latency optimization, and robust API design.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 5–10 years of hands-on professional experience in relevant domain.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering or relevant academic discipline.
- Proven track record in driving scalable results, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling low-latency production systems and modular frontend/backend architectures within Software Engineering teams in Pune or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
