About the Role
As Wipro Technologies scales its Pune operations, the Software Engineering practice is onboarding an accomplished Head of executive. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
In day-to-day execution, the Head of executive partners closely with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to translate quarterly business priorities into senior leadership reviews, board-ready briefings, and escalation pathways. You will leverage Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks alongside core competencies in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management to maintain high operational rigor.

- Prior exposure to scaling multi-quarter business unit strategy and operating cadence within Software Engineering teams in Pune or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
