The Human Resource Executive position at Harmony United Psychiatric Care (Hyderabad) carries an annual CTC range of ₹5L – ₹9L per annum (approx. ₹41,667 – ₹75,000 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in HR & Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for accurate payroll inputs, compliance registers, and appraisal calibration matrices across the Hyderabad (Telangana) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on first-year employee retention, eNPS, and HR SLA compliance and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Harmony United Psychiatric Care leadership.
- Design, review, and publish onboarding journeys and capability development programs while maintaining strict governance across first-year employee retention, eNPS, and HR SLA compliance.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, End-to-End Talent Acquisition and People Analytics Dashboards and Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the HR & Talent Acquisition pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Harmony United Psychiatric Care.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with business leadership, external recruitment partners, and people operations teams in a Onsite setup in Hyderabad.
- Proven track record of owning onboarding journeys and capability development programs and driving measurable gains in first-year employee retention, eNPS, and HR SLA compliance.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR & Talent Acquisition or closely aligned roles comparable to Human Resource Executive.
- Strong working knowledge of People Analytics Dashboards and Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, End-to-End Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling onboarding excellence, performance appraisal cycles, and retention programs within HR & Talent Acquisition teams in Hyderabad or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, People Analytics Dashboards and Modern ATS & HRMS Platforms, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
