Key Responsibilities
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Engineering & Manufacturing pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services.
- Lead scalable ETL data pipelines and governed warehouse schemas for Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services's Engineering & Manufacturing function in Coimbatore South, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with finance controllers, growth marketers, and operations directors to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate enterprise decision-intelligence models and self-serve executive dashboards.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for automated BI reporting suites and validated data mart tables across the Coimbatore South (Tamil Nadu) operating unit.
