You will leverage OKR Governance Frameworks and Financial Modeling & Forecasting alongside core competencies in System Design, Cloud Architecture, Problem Solving, CI/CD to maintain high operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale mission-critical software solutions and distributed systems for Godrej Consumer.
- Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and QA teams to define scalable architecture patterns.
- Champion engineering excellence through thorough code reviews, unit testing, and continuous deployment.
- Drive performance tuning, latency optimization, and robust API design.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 5–10 years of hands-on professional experience in relevant domain.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering or relevant academic discipline.
- Proven track record in driving scalable results, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance within Software Engineering teams in Hyderabad or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, OKR Governance Frameworks and Financial Modeling & Forecasting, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
