You will bring proven domain expertise, introduce best practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems and application modules at PAR Technology.
• Work with product leads and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into scalable web services.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve automated testing coverage.
• Monitor system health, analyze production metrics, and resolve architectural bottlenecks. Qualifications & Core Skills:
• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated depth in modern web development frameworks, asynchronous architectures, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational/NoSQL datastores.
• Strong command of software design principles, data structures, and maintainable code craftsmanship.
This charter requires 2 to 5 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in TypeScript & JavaScript, React & Modern UI, Node.js & Microservices with disciplined execution via Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing. You will interface directly with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to ensure every milestone meets PAR Technology's quality bar.
The Software Engineer II-Golang position at PAR Technology (Gurugram) carries an annual CTC range of ₹5L – ₹8L per annum (approx. ₹41,667 – ₹66,667 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed).
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated depth in modern web development frameworks, asynchronous architectures, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational/NoSQL datastores.
- Strong command of software design principles, data structures, and maintainable code craftsmanship.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling low-latency production systems and modular frontend/backend architectures within All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) teams in Gurugram or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
