- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+) and present data-backed optimization recommendations to General Mills leadership.
- Design, review, and publish clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage while maintaining strict governance across P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design and Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) to elevate output quality and execution speed.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Strong working knowledge of Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Mid-Senior Level roles.
- Proven track record of owning clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage and driving measurable gains in P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) or closely aligned roles comparable to Software Engineer II (Dot Net+ Palantir/ AI)(5-8 years experience Required).
