The Senior Backend Developer (.Net) position at Daxko (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) carries an annual CTC range of ₹12L – ₹18L per annum (approx. ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for security-compliant service modules with strict error handling and failover across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (India) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+) and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Daxko leadership.
- Design, review, and publish clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage while maintaining strict governance across P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design and Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Daxko.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Mid-Senior Level roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) or closely aligned roles comparable to Senior Backend Developer (.Net).
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods in a Onsite setup in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules within All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) teams in Mumbai Metropolitan Region or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
