Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Leadership / Senior Management roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Enterprise ERP & Operations Portals and Advanced Excel & MIS Dashboards with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in Automotive Program Management & NPD or closely aligned roles comparable to Senior Manager - Program Management.
