About the Role
As Wipro Technologies scales its Pune operations, the Engineering & Manufacturing practice is onboarding an accomplished Head of Senior Executive. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
This charter requires 10 to 18 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence with disciplined execution via Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks. You will interface directly with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to ensure every milestone meets Wipro Technologies's quality bar.

- Familiarity with automation workflows, Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
