Key Responsibilities
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Financial Reporting and SAP / Oracle / Tally Prime ERP and Advanced Excel Financial Modeling to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Banking & Financial Services pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at datasirpi.
- Lead monthly book closure, statutory compliance, and audit readiness for datasirpi's Banking & Financial Services function in Tirunelveli, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with external statutory auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate high-accuracy invoicing, vendor reconciliations, and tax filings.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for working capital models and cost-optimization recommendations across the Tirunelveli (Tamil Nadu) operating unit.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Mid-Senior Level roles.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP / Oracle / Tally Prime ERP and Advanced Excel Financial Modeling with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Financial Reporting, Statutory & Tax Compliance (GST/TDS) within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with external statutory auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners in a Onsite setup in Tirunelveli.
- Proven track record of owning reconciled balance sheets, P&L statements, and monthly MIS packs and driving measurable gains in month-end close cycle time, reconciliation accuracy, and zero audit non-conformities.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-accuracy invoicing, vendor reconciliations, and tax filings within Banking & Financial Services teams in Tirunelveli or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, SAP / Oracle / Tally Prime ERP and Advanced Excel Financial Modeling, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
