Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Automotive Manufacturing or closely aligned roles comparable to Production Engineer - Vehicle Assembly.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with DevOps platform teams, security engineers, and UX designers in a Onsite setup in Pune.
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Production Planning, Assembly Optimization, Kaizen, AutoCAD within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
