About the Role
Join Thoucentric in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India as a Infra Architect within the Software Engineering division. This Full-time position is structured for a mid-senior level practitioner ready to lead cloud-native microservices and automated deployment pipelines and deliver observability telemetry, latency optimizations, and zero-downtime releases.
This charter requires 7 to 12 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design with disciplined execution via Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing. You will interface directly with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to ensure every milestone meets Thoucentric's quality bar.
The Infra Architect position at Thoucentric (Bengaluru East) carries an annual CTC range of ₹16L – ₹24L per annum (approx. ₹1,33,333 – ₹2,00,000 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for technical architecture RFCs, schema designs, and API contract specifications across the Bengaluru East (Karnataka) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+) and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Thoucentric leadership.
- Design, review, and publish observability telemetry, latency optimizations, and zero-downtime releases while maintaining strict governance across P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design and Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Software Engineering pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Thoucentric.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Mid-Senior Level roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in Software Engineering or closely aligned roles comparable to Infra Architect.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods in a Onsite setup in Bengaluru East.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling low-latency production systems and modular frontend/backend architectures within Software Engineering teams in Bengaluru East or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.

Annual CTC is structured between ₹16 Lakhs and ₹24 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹1,33,333 – ₹2,00,000/month) based on interview performance, Problem Solving & Team Collaboration depth, and 7 to 12 years of progressive experience.
