HR Recruiter — DCS Group (New Delhi, India)

We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our high-performance talent acquisition engine in New Delhi. Operating full-time onsite at our New Delhi office on a structured 5-day work week schedule, you will exercise end-to-end strategic ownership over specialized non-IT and manufacturing recruitment mandates. In this role, you will partner directly with client stakeholders and internal recruiting leadership to execute full-lifecycle talent delivery, mapping out industrial talent pools, qualifying candidates against rigorous technical operational benchmarks, and ensuring seamless candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT and manufacturing client mandates, covering shop floor, plant operations, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
• Source qualified mid-level and specialized industrial talent using advanced search techniques across Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, and regional talent databases.
• Conduct structured, in-depth candidate evaluations assessing manufacturing competency, production environments, compliance knowledge, and operational pedigree.
• Maintain high-velocity candidate pipelines while adhering to strict client recruitment SLAs, time-to-fill targets, and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Facilitate seamless candidate interview coordination, client intake alignment sessions, and hiring manager feedback loops.
• Negotiate complex compensation packages, structure CTC breakdowns, mitigate counter-offers, and guide prospective candidates through notice period adherence.
• Maintain immaculate recruitment pipeline tracking, data hygiene, and candidate notes within the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Drive proactive talent pooling and market mapping across North Indian industrial belts to anticipate forthcoming client workforce requirements.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of proven hands-on recruitment experience focused on Non-IT recruitment and Manufacturing Industry hiring.
• Demonstrated track record of independently closing specialized roles across plant operations, mechanical/electrical engineering, production, or supply chain verticals.
• Deep expertise in utilizing job portals, Boolean strings, professional networking platforms, and local candidate communities to source active and passive talent.
• Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment mandates under client service level agreements (SLAs) within a staffing agency or search firm environment.
• Solid understanding of compensation structures, notice period negotiations, and offer engagement strategies to combat candidate fallout.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence and negotiation ability.
• Strict requirement: Ability to work full-time onsite at our New Delhi office on a 5-day working schedule.
