The Head of Business Development position at Info Edge (Naukri) (Remote) carries an annual CTC range of ₹28L – ₹48L per annum (approx. ₹2,33,333 – ₹4,00,000 per month gross), benchmarked to leadership / senior management standards in Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale mission-critical software solutions and distributed systems for Info Edge (Naukri).
- Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and QA teams to define scalable architecture patterns.
- Champion engineering excellence through thorough code reviews, unit testing, and continuous deployment.
- Drive performance tuning, latency optimization, and robust API design.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 10–18 years of hands-on professional experience in relevant domain.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering or relevant academic discipline.
- Proven track record in driving scalable results, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion within Software Engineering teams in Remote or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
