About the Role
As Razorpay scales its Remote operations, the Software Engineering practice is onboarding an accomplished Associate Director - executive. Based in Remote, India, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
Working at the intersection of Software Engineering and regional delivery in Remote, you will collaborate with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to architect senior leadership reviews, board-ready briefings, and escalation pathways and annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks.
