Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-quarter business unit strategy and operating cadence for PMI ENGINEERING EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED's Engineering & Manufacturing function in Greater Chennai Area, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with C-suite executives, practice heads, and global enterprise clients to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for talent succession pipelines and high-performing leadership pods across the Greater Chennai Area (India) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on unit profitability, SLA adherence, and net revenue retention and present data-backed optimization recommendations to PMI ENGINEERING EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED leadership.
- Design, review, and publish annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks while maintaining strict governance across unit profitability, SLA adherence, and net revenue retention.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership, P&L Ownership within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Experienced Professional roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Executive BI Dashboards and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Engineering & Manufacturing or closely aligned roles comparable to GENERAL MANAGER / DGM.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with C-suite executives, practice heads, and global enterprise clients in a Onsite setup in Greater Chennai Area.
