The Field Officer position at Digamber Finance (Jaipur) carries an annual CTC range of ₹3L – ₹6L per annum (approx. ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month gross), benchmarked to entry to early career standards in Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for market intelligence reports on competitor positioning and buyer demand across the Jaipur (Rajasthan) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on quarterly quota attainment, average deal size, and lead-to-close conversion and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Digamber Finance leadership.
- Design, review, and publish qualified opportunity pipelines, tailored client proposals, and commercial bids while maintaining strict governance across quarterly quota attainment, average deal size, and lead-to-close conversion.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Microfinance Lending, Field Operations, Customer Acquisition and Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Business Development pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Digamber Finance.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Microfinance Lending, Field Operations, Customer Acquisition, KYC Verification within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Entry to Early Career roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant domain exposure in Business Development or closely aligned roles comparable to Field Officer.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with prospective enterprise buyers, C-level decision makers, and procurement teams in a Onsite setup in Jaipur.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling full-cycle revenue pipeline management from prospecting to closure within Business Development teams in Jaipur or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
