The Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Quality position at PGP Glass Ltd. (Jambusar) carries an annual CTC range of ₹7L – ₹11L per annum (approx. ₹58,333 – ₹91,667 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in Engineering & Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and publish talent succession pipelines and high-performing leadership pods while maintaining strict governance across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership and Financial Modeling & Forecasting and Executive BI Dashboards to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Engineering & Manufacturing pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at PGP Glass Ltd..
- Lead portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion for PGP Glass Ltd.'s Engineering & Manufacturing function in Jambusar, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate high-impact client and executive stakeholder charters.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors in a Onsite setup in Jambusar.
- Proven track record of owning talent succession pipelines and high-performing leadership pods and driving measurable gains in strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Engineering & Manufacturing or closely aligned roles comparable to Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Quality.
- Strong working knowledge of Financial Modeling & Forecasting and Executive BI Dashboards with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership, P&L Ownership within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-impact client and executive stakeholder charters within Engineering & Manufacturing teams in Jambusar or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Financial Modeling & Forecasting and Executive BI Dashboards, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
