About the Role
SourcingXPress is expanding its Engineering & Manufacturing charter in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with the addition of a Chief Executive Officer. Operating within a on-site operational center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, this leadership / senior management mandate centers on multi-quarter business unit strategy and operating cadence while strengthening portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion.
In day-to-day execution, the Chief Executive Officer partners closely with C-suite executives, practice heads, and global enterprise clients to translate quarterly business priorities into annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks. You will leverage Executive BI Dashboards and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites alongside core competencies in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership, P&L Ownership to maintain high operational rigor.
The Chief Executive Officer position at SourcingXPress (Ahmedabad) carries an annual CTC range of ₹28L – ₹34L per annum (approx. ₹2,33,333 – ₹2,83,333 per month gross), benchmarked to leadership / senior management standards in Engineering & Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with C-suite executives, practice heads, and global enterprise clients to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for talent succession pipelines and high-performing leadership pods across the Ahmedabad (Gujarat) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on unit profitability, SLA adherence, and net revenue retention and present data-backed optimization recommendations to SourcingXPress leadership.
- Design, review, and publish annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks while maintaining strict governance across unit profitability, SLA adherence, and net revenue retention.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership and Executive BI Dashboards and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites to elevate output quality and execution speed.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Leadership / Senior Management roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Executive BI Dashboards and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Executive Leadership, P&L Ownership within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with C-suite executives, practice heads, and global enterprise clients in a Onsite setup in Ahmedabad.
- Proven track record of owning annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks and driving measurable gains in unit profitability, SLA adherence, and net revenue retention.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion within Engineering & Manufacturing teams in Ahmedabad or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Executive BI Dashboards and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.

Annual CTC is structured between ₹28 Lakhs and ₹34 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹2,33,333 – ₹2,83,333/month) based on interview performance, Problem Solving & Team Collaboration depth, and 10 to 16 years of progressive experience.
