Razorpay is seeking an experienced Brand Identity & Design Token Lead based in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid). You will drive high-impact architecture, scale production systems, and collaborate with cross-functional talent.

• Architect and maintain resilient Design, UX/UI & Creative pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver feature roadmaps on time.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and drive technical excellence.

Requirements:

• 3+ years professional experience in Design, UX/UI & Creative.
• Demonstrated proficiency in User Research, Design Tokens, Micro-interactions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and communication in distributed teams.
