This charter requires 10 to 18 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence with disciplined execution via Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks. You will interface directly with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to ensure every milestone meets Tata Consultancy Services's quality bar.

- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
