Operating within a on-site operational center in Remote, India, this leadership / senior management mandate centers on multi-quarter business unit strategy and operating cadence while strengthening portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion.
In day-to-day execution, the Associate Director - accounts partners closely with C-suite executives, practice heads, and global enterprise clients to translate quarterly business priorities into annual operating plans, budget forecasts, and quarterly OKR frameworks. You will leverage Executive BI Dashboards and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites alongside core competencies in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management to maintain high operational rigor.
The Associate Director - accounts position at Persistent Systems (Remote) carries an annual CTC range of ₹28L – ₹48L per annum (approx. ₹2,33,333 – ₹4,00,000 per month gross), benchmarked to leadership / senior management standards in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed).
Key Responsibilities

- Drive operational discipline, resource optimization, and cross-functional milestones.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 10–18 years of hands-on professional experience in relevant domain.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering or relevant academic discipline.
- Proven track record in driving scalable results, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills.

- Familiarity with automation workflows, Executive BI Dashboards and Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
