You will interface directly with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to ensure every milestone meets SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT's quality bar.
The Assistant General Manager position at SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT (Vadodara) carries an annual CTC range of ₹19L – ₹28L per annum (approx. ₹1,58,333 – ₹2,33,333 per month gross), benchmarked to leadership / senior management standards in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS and present data-backed optimization recommendations to SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT leadership.
- Design, review, and publish talent succession pipelines and high-performing leadership pods while maintaining strict governance across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Domain Expertise and Financial Modeling & Forecasting and Executive BI Dashboards to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Human Resources pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT.
- Lead portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and margin expansion for SHRI KRISHNA PLACEMENT's Human Resources function in Vadodara, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 10–20 years of hands-on professional industry experience.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
- Proven proficiency with Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Domain Expertise.
