Operating within a hybrid delivery model at the Gurugram (Haryana) hub, this leadership / senior management mandate centers on distributed application services and resilient API gateways while strengthening high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules.
Working at the intersection of Engineering & Manufacturing and regional delivery in Gurugram, you will collaborate with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to architect clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage and security-compliant service modules with strict error handling and failover. Strong command over Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management is essential to sustain P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).

- Prior exposure to scaling high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules within Engineering & Manufacturing teams in Gurugram or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
