As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Java and React, you will be at the forefront of building, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications. Job Description: • Design, develop, and enhance general application software and specialized programs.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with DevOps platform teams, security engineers, and UX designers to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate distributed application services and resilient API gateways.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage across the Pune Division (Maharashtra) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on defect escape rate, code review turnaround, and throughput scalability and present data-backed optimization recommendations to NEC Software Solutions (India) leadership.
- Design, review, and publish technical architecture RFCs, schema designs, and API contract specifications while maintaining strict governance across defect escape rate, code review turnaround, and throughput scalability.
- Apply hands-on expertise in React, React.js, Next.js and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines to elevate output quality and execution speed.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 2–5 years of hands-on professional industry experience.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
- Proven proficiency with React, React.js, Next.js.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and team communication.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling distributed application services and resilient API gateways within IT Services and IT Consulting teams in Pune Division or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
