The Senior Software Engineer (Java) position at HighRadius (Hyderabad) carries an annual CTC range of ₹12L – ₹21L per annum (approx. ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,75,000 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed).
Key Responsibilities
- Apply hands-on expertise in Java, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python and APM & Distributed Tracing and Git, Docker & Kubernetes to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at HighRadius.
- Lead high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules for HighRadius's All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) function in Hyderabad, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with DevOps platform teams, security engineers, and UX designers to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate cloud-native microservices and automated deployment pipelines.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for observability telemetry, latency optimizations, and zero-downtime releases across the Hyderabad (Telangana) operating unit.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) or closely aligned roles comparable to Senior Software Engineer (Java).
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with DevOps platform teams, security engineers, and UX designers in a Onsite setup in Hyderabad.
- Proven track record of owning security-compliant service modules with strict error handling and failover and driving measurable gains in defect escape rate, code review turnaround, and throughput scalability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Mid-Senior Level roles.
- Strong working knowledge of APM & Distributed Tracing and Git, Docker & Kubernetes with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling cloud-native microservices and automated deployment pipelines within All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) teams in Hyderabad or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, APM & Distributed Tracing and Git, Docker & Kubernetes, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
