About the Role
As Microsoft India scales its Mumbai operations, the Engineering & Manufacturing practice is onboarding an accomplished Principal Senior Executive. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
This charter requires 5 to 10 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence with disciplined execution via Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks. You will interface directly with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to ensure every milestone meets Microsoft India's quality bar.
