About the Role

Based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
In day-to-day execution, the Principal accounts Consultant partners closely with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to translate quarterly business priorities into senior leadership reviews, board-ready briefings, and escalation pathways. You will leverage Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks alongside core competencies in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management to maintain high operational rigor.

- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
