You will leverage Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing alongside core competencies in Strategic Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Process Excellence, Stakeholder Management to maintain high operational rigor.

- Prior exposure to scaling low-latency production systems and modular frontend/backend architectures within Engineering & Manufacturing teams in Bengaluru or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Automated CI/CD Pipelines and APM & Distributed Tracing, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.

Annual CTC is structured between ₹28 Lakhs and ₹48 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹2,33,333 – ₹4,00,000/month) based on interview performance, Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration depth, and 10 to 18 years of progressive experience.
