Interior Designer Work Experience: 2-5 Yrs Job Profile
Work in collaboration with engineering team and other concerned team to design and develop a vehicle interior. Initial years would be focused on generation ideation and renders and with experience would be enabled to execute projects. SKILLS REQUIRED
· 3D form sketching and renders generation skills.
· Basic knowledge of surfacing and 3d modelling
· Knowledge of 3D software's like ALAIS, Rhino and Surfacer would be an added advantage.
· Study and benchmark to map future trends in Interior.
· Mood board and concept generation: based on user research and benchmarking and trend mapping develop the Product design concept, mood boards for different products for automotive interior.
This charter requires 2 to 5 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Design, Automotive Engineering, Quality Systems with disciplined execution via Enterprise ERP & Operations Portals and Advanced Excel & MIS Dashboards. You will interface directly with regional operations heads, vendor partners, and field execution teams to ensure every milestone meets Maruti Suzuki India Ltd's quality bar.
The Interior Designer position at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (Gurugram) carries an annual CTC range of ₹5L – ₹8L per annum (approx. ₹41,667 – ₹66,667 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in ENGG.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Design, Automotive Engineering, Quality Systems, Operations Excellence within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Experienced Professional roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Enterprise ERP & Operations Portals and Advanced Excel & MIS Dashboards with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in ENGG or closely aligned roles comparable to Interior Designer.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with regional operations heads, vendor partners, and field execution teams in a Onsite setup in Gurugram.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling real-time MIS tracking, bottleneck resolution, and continuous improvement within ENGG teams in Gurugram or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Enterprise ERP & Operations Portals and Advanced Excel & MIS Dashboards, and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
