PhonePe is seeking an experienced Head of People Experience & Culture (High-Scale) based in Chandigarh, Punjab (Hybrid). You will drive high-impact architecture, scale production systems, and collaborate with cross-functional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain resilient HR, Recruiting & People Ops pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver feature roadmaps on time.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and drive technical excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional experience in HR, Recruiting & People Ops.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Technical Recruiting, Employee Engagement, Performance Management.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and communication in distributed teams.
