This charter requires 2 to 5 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Java, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python with disciplined execution via Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP). You will interface directly with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to ensure every milestone meets RxLogix Corporation's quality bar.
The FullStack Java Developer position at RxLogix Corporation (Noida) carries an annual CTC range of ₹5L – ₹8L per annum (approx. ₹41,667 – ₹66,667 per month gross), benchmarked to experienced professional standards in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for security-compliant service modules with strict error handling and failover across the Noida (Uttar Pradesh) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+) and present data-backed optimization recommendations to RxLogix Corporation leadership.
- Design, review, and publish clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage while maintaining strict governance across P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
- Apply hands-on expertise in Java, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python and Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) to elevate output quality and execution speed.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Java, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python, Microservices within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Experienced Professional roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) or closely aligned roles comparable to FullStack Java Developer.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods in a Onsite setup in Noida.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules within All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) teams in Noida or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern reporting standards.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
