Freshworks is seeking an experienced Deep Learning & NLP Research Scientist (Core Team) based in Noida, Delhi-NCR (Hybrid). You will drive high-impact architecture, scale production systems, and collaborate with cross-functional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain resilient Artificial Intelligence & GenAI pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver feature roadmaps on time.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and drive technical excellence.

Requirements:

• 4+ years professional experience in Artificial Intelligence & GenAI.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Vector DBs, MLOps, FastAPI.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and communication in distributed teams.
