Key Responsibilities
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the Business Development pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Digamber Finance.
- Lead channel partner enablement and commercial contract structuring for Digamber Finance's Business Development function in Rewari, ensuring full alignment with quarterly delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with prospective enterprise buyers, C-level decision makers, and procurement teams to streamline workflows, resolve cross-team bottlenecks, and accelerate consultative solution selling and long-term key account growth.
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for accurate CRM deal forecasts, territory coverage maps, and win-loss reviews across the Rewari (Rajasthan) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on quarterly quota attainment, average deal size, and lead-to-close conversion and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Digamber Finance leadership.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Branch Management, Loan Disbursements, Delinquency Control, Team Monitoring within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Experienced Professional roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Proposal & CPQ Systems and Revenue Forecasting Dashboards with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- 2 to 6 years of progressive experience in Business Development or closely aligned roles comparable to Branch Manager - HARYANA.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills for collaborating with prospective enterprise buyers, C-level decision makers, and procurement teams in a Onsite setup in Rewari.
