Operating within a on-site operational center in Greater Jaipur Area, India, this mid-senior level mandate centers on distributed application services and resilient API gateways while strengthening high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules.
Working at the intersection of All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) and regional delivery in Greater Jaipur Area, you will collaborate with product managers, principal architects, and QA automation pods to architect clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage and security-compliant service modules with strict error handling and failover. Strong command over Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python is essential to sustain P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
The Backend EngineerMid-Senior position at Narix Labs (Greater Jaipur Area) carries an annual CTC range of ₹10L – ₹16L per annum (approx. ₹83,333 – ₹1,33,333 per month gross), benchmarked to mid-senior level standards in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish repeatable SOPs and performance instrumentation for security-compliant service modules with strict error handling and failover across the Greater Jaipur Area (India) operating unit.
- Conduct periodic diagnostic audits on P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+) and present data-backed optimization recommendations to Narix Labs leadership.
- Design, review, and publish clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage while maintaining strict governance across P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
- Apply hands-on expertise in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design and Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) to elevate output quality and execution speed.
- Mentor peers and junior contributors within the All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) pod, fostering high accountability and continuous process improvement at Narix Labs.
Required Qualifications & Technical Stack
- Strong working knowledge of Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, System Design, TypeScript / Java / Python within a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical industry experience required for Mid-Senior Level roles.
- Proven track record of owning clean, production-hardened code with automated unit and integration test coverage and driving measurable gains in P95 API latency, deployment frequency, and production uptime (99.9%+).
- 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) or closely aligned roles comparable to Backend EngineerMid-Senior.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Prior exposure to scaling high-throughput data processing engines and customer-facing product modules within All Categories (Multi-Domain Omni-Feed) teams in Greater Jaipur Area or comparable Indian enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with automation workflows, Git, Docker & Kubernetes and Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern reporting standards.
