Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Proven track record of owning technical architecture RFCs, schema designs, and API contract specifications and driving measurable gains in defect escape rate, code review turnaround, and throughput scalability.
  • 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in EV Powertrain & Software R&D or closely aligned roles comparable to Automotive Embedded Systems Engineer.
  • Strong working knowledge of Modern Cloud Stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Automated CI/CD Pipelines with the ability to synthesize complex operational data into clear decisions.
