About the Role
As Meesho scales its Gurugram operations, the Product & Analytics practice is onboarding an accomplished Associate Director - Product Management. Based in Gurugram, you will take direct ownership of enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery governance and drive measurable improvements across strategic program velocity, delivery margin, and customer NPS.
This charter requires 10 to 18 years of progressive experience, combining deep domain fluency in Product Management, Executive Leadership, P&L Ownership with disciplined execution via Enterprise ERP & Portfolio Suites and OKR Governance Frameworks. You will interface directly with regional delivery directors, finance partners, and product sponsors to ensure every milestone meets Meesho's quality bar.

- Experience mentoring cross-functional contributors or managing end-to-end delivery SLAs.
